You may start an eligible Lavalepa return for any reason during the 30 days following delivery.

Request Before Sending

Write to Support@Lavalepa.shop or telephone 7742771442. Include the order number and product concerned. For an ordinary preference return, preserve the received condition, instructions, components, and reasonable proof of purchase. We will provide authorization and routing details.

Your Return Label Costs Nothing

Lavalepa bears the eligible return-shipping expense and issues a free prepaid label, even when the reason is a change of mind. We likewise bear freight for lamps or parts that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or missing. There is no restocking fee.

Damage, Function, or Fulfillment Issues

Stop using an item if damage creates a safety concern and contact us promptly. Send useful photos or details when available. Depending on the circumstances, we will arrange an exchange, replacement, missing-part resolution, or refund without charging the covered return cost.

Exchange Availability

An exchange may be requested within the same 30-day window. Stock levels govern replacement availability. When the preferred alternative is unavailable, a received and inspected return may instead be refunded to the original payment method.

Non-Quality Exclusions

Ordinary change-of-mind eligibility does not cover customized goods, clearance or Final Sale items, gift cards, or opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive merchandise. Those limits do not narrow remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products or any mandatory legal protection.
